* All rates are in USD.

* All rates per room per night.

* All rates include Taxes (25% service charge) & Buffet breakfast.

* We introduce a special offer in case of reserving at the congress hotels which will be reserved by the

   congress secretariats:

   Which is a lunch invitation at 5,6,7 September at the congress days.

* The number of rooms in the congress hotels is limited for booking any rooms outside the congress hotels will cost you additional 50 USD.

* Total Accomodation fees must be paid before 25 August.

Hotel Booking:

* Hotel booking will be confirmed only upon receiving a written request from the client. Deadline for bookings is 25 August 2005.

Cancellation Policy:

* Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be subject 50% cancellation fees.

* Cancellation received 29-15 days prior to arrival will be subject 75% cancellation fees.

* Cancellation received 14-0 days prior to arrival will be charged full cancellation.

Meet and assist and transportation to hotel:

* All rates in US$.

* All rates per person per way.
