Venue of this congress will be the Grand Hyatt Hotel Cairo. It offers the most spectacular location in Cairo, in the shadow of the Nile.

Accommodation:

A wide range of hotel categories are available.

Climate:

In September, temperature ranges from 30 ºC in daytime to 20 ºC in the evening.

Electric Current:

220 AC - 50 Cycles. Wall plugs are round, two prong European type. American appliances will need adaptor plugs and transformers.

Shopping:

Stores open in Cairo every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Some stores close on Sunday.

Currency:

The unit of currency is the Egyptian Pound (L.E.) 1 Egyptian Pound = 100 Piaster.

Foreign Currency and Traveler's cheques can be easily exchanged at banks, hotel cashiers and authorized exchange shops. Major credit cards are generally accepted in hotels, restaurants and shops.

Invitation Letter:

On request, Congress Secretariat will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation to simplify administrative or Visa requirements in certain countries. It should be understood that such an invitation is not a commitment to provide any financial support. Most countries could issue their Visa upon arrival at the airport. Please check the Egyptian Consulate at your country for issuing the Visa.

Cancellation Policy:

*Any cancellation must be noticed in writing (letter, fax or confirmed by mail) to the Congress Secretariat. *All refunds will be handled after the end of the congress.

Insurance:

Participants are advised to provide their own personal insurance. The organizers aren't responsible for any damage.
