Registration Fees:
* Please note that we have to receive the full registration fees without the bank comission.
Registration fees include: - Opening ceremony. - Reception cocktail. - Coffee breaks. - Admission to scientific sessions. - Admission to technical exhibition. - Congress bags, documents, book of abstracts, final program, Certificate of attendance and other congress materials.
For Accompanying Persons: - Opening Ceremony. - Reception Cocktail. - One tour (Half day daily tour).
Payment: 1. Your payment should be sent by Internationally accepted bank cheque or transfer to the Favor of: Regional Council for Mental Health Acc. No.: 01906010070860 007-114309-110 Bank: HSBC Branch: Nasr City branch, Cairo, Egypt. Or 2. By Credit Card.
Confirmation of Payment: Upon receipt of Form and your payment, the secretariat will send a confirmation slip on which a registration number is written before 25 August. Please present the slip at the on-site registration desk to receive the congress materials and your name badge. No confirmation will be sent if your registration is received after September 1st, 2005.
Cancellation: A notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat, *Cancellations received on or after 15 August, 2005 : No refund.
On-site Registration: After September 1st, 2005, the only possibility to register will be on site. Participants who want to register on site are advised to arrive early.
Application: Please fill the enclosed Registration Form, and send it back to: Congress Secretariats.
